The Iraq Solution

I heard Howard Stern suggest this earlier in the week, and I thought it was funny and also something we should do:

Declare TOMORROW that we won the war. Immediately bring ALL of the troops home, and the following day stage a massive "victory parade". Possibly even in NYC. Maybe even past Ground Zero. Then THAT'S IT. I'm sure there will be massive criticism and such in the days to follow, but we can simply reply "Hey man, we won the war and that's that. Anything that happened after "V.I." day is not our fault.

I know it's a longshot, but right now it's better than any other plan I've heard...
